This library implements the basic OPRF (ristretto255, SHA-512) variant from the "Oblivious Pseudorandom Functions using Prime-Order Groups" Draft from the IRTF Crypto Forum Research Group (https://github.com/cfrg/draft-irtf-cfrg-voprf/).
