generate MANIFEST automatically
The Module::Install::AutoManifest extension adds behavior for automatically generating MANIFEST to Module::Install.
Before 'make distdir', 'make manifest' will be run for you automatically. Likewise, 'make distclean' will remove your automatically-generated MANIFEST.
