RCCL (pronounced "Rickle") is a library of collective communication routines built on the AMD ROCm platform and optimized for discrete AMD GPUs. It implements routines such as all-reduce, all-gather, reduce, broadcast, reduce-scatter, gather, scatter and all-to-all.
